Submission Guidelines

• Size: 12 x 12 inches


• Sew a sleeve on the back


• Place a label and/or write basic information on the back: the title, artist's name, address, phone, email and the date created


• Decide on your retail price point: $150, $200 or $250. If your quilt sells during exhibition at the museum, you receive 50% of the retail price and the museum receives 50%. While we do accept challenge quilts that are not for sale, we do view the challenges as a fundraiser for the museum.


• If your quilt does not sell during the exhibition, you can choose to donate it to the museum for future fundraising efforts. You may pick up your unsold quilt and or have us ship it back to you
  ($8.00 shipping and handling).
